| 摘 要： | 从汽车开发与汽车企业经营的角度,论述了当今汽车企业自主开发核心能力可持续提升的基石是知识工程化规划与管理,提出了知识工程化规划与管理的理念,建立了知识工程化规划与管理的模型,以期从知识管理的角度,引起对培育企业自主开发能力的关注。
