全玻璃真空太阳集热管真空度测量及残气分析

摘    要:全玻璃真空太阳集热管是接收太阳光能并转化为热能的关键部件。将集热管开管装置与四极质谱定量分析系统相连接,对新生产的、生产后存放一段时间的以及正常使用12a的全玻璃真空太阳集热管进行开管实验分析。计算、分析了集热管中的真空度以及残余气体成份,并对残余气体来源进行了分析。

Abstract:All-glass evacuated collector tube is a key element of receiving solar energy and transferring it into heat.All-glass evacuated collector tubes including just produced,remained for several days and used for 12 years,were measured by the quadrupole mass spectrum quantitative analysis system connected with the opener.By the experiment results,the pressure and residual gas elements of the evacuated collector were calculated,and the sources of the residual gas were analyzed,too.
