铁磁材料组合型裂纹的漏磁数学模型

摘    要:实际的裂纹几何形状千差万别 ,使得漏磁场的分布与标准裂纹理论分析结果产生误差 ,造成定量检测的困难。本文对宽度在 5 0微米以下的 12 8条裂纹形状进行了统计分析 ,模拟了一种组合型裂纹 ,建立了裂纹漏磁数学模型。实验结果表明 ,组合雷丸漏磁模型较好地反映了漏磁与裂纹几何形状之间的关系 ,可作为漏磁信号定量分析的依据

Abstract:It is difficult to detect the crack quantitatively, because an error exist between the distribution of magnetic leakage field and the analysis result using standard crack theory due to the vast difference of the real geometry of cracks.The statistical analysis was carried out on 128 cracks with width below 50μm ,and a kind of combined crack was simulated,by which the magnetic leakage math-model of crack was set up.The testing results show that the relationship between the magnetic leakage and the geometry of crack can be showed really by the combined magnetic leakage model.So the model can be considered as the foundation of the quantitative analysis of magnetic leakage signal.
