| 摘 要： | 在深化改革新形势下,电力企业思想政治工作面临许多新情况、新问题,必须用与时俱进的精神进一步加强和改进思想政治工作.在强化形势任务教育中要引导职工以发展的眼光看问题,既看到不利的一面更看到有利的一面;要坚持继承与创新相结合,在实践中不断改进、创新工作的方式方法,做到思想政治工作沟通到家,帮困解难到家;要建立健全思想政治工作责任机制,建设一支忠实实践“三个代表“思想的特别能战斗的思想政治工作者队伍.
