中高压容器之管板与筒体法兰静密封泄漏修复方案及效果

摘    要:分析了氨合成净化装置的中变废热锅炉管板封头法兰和三合一塔冷却器下法兰密封失效的原因;提出了针对泄漏法兰密封面的修复方案、技术要求以及回装技术要点。结果表明,设备回装后,泄漏问题消除,装置运行稳定。

Abstract:Author has analyzed the seal failure reason for middle pressure shift waste heat boiler tube-sheet with shell flange and lower flange of three to one tower cooler;has presented the repair scheme,technical requirement and reinstallation technology gist for flange leakage sealing face.Result indicates that the leakage problem is eliminated after reinstalling and running of equipment,the plant is running stably.
