摘    要:介绍了压力容器补强圈和检漏孔结构及其制造技术要求,分析了补强圈焊接结构对焊接质量和补强圈气密性试验的影响,对补强圈气密性试验的方法、要求和存在的普遍问题进行了分析和总结,并提出了相应的解决措施和建议。

Abstract:The structures of the reinforcement pads and leak hunting holes of pressure vessels and their fabrication requirements were presented,the influence of the welding structure of the reinforcement pads on the welding quality and the leakage tests of the reinforcement pads was analyzed,the methods,requirements,and existing problems of the leakage tests of the reinforcement pads were analyzed and summarized,and some corresponding solutions and suggestions were proposed.
