改性间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂的合成及耐腐蚀研究

摘    要:研究了用松香对间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂的封端改性,最佳原料配比为:二元醇/不饱和二元酸/饱和二元酸(摩尔比)=1.2:0.3:0.7,松香添加量为二元酸总量的15%。改性间苯型与通用间苯型树脂相比,其力学性能相当,但耐水、耐酸、耐碱性能高于后者。

Abstract:The isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)was modified through termination by rosin.The material ratios were obtained as follows,glycol/saturated dicarboxylic acid/unsaturated di- carboxylic acid(molar)=1.2/0.3/0.7,rosin/dicarboxylic acid(molar)=0.15.The properties were compared between the modified resin and general isophthalic UPR.The results showed that the modi- fied isophthalic UPR had the same mechanical properties as general isophthalic UPR,but its resist- ance to water,aicd and alkali were improved.
