摘    要:以银杏叶为原料,采用超声辅助提取法进行单因素实验和正交试验,优化银杏叶总黄酮的最佳提取条件。正交试验法优化结果表明:料液比为1∶5(g/mL)、提取时间为2 h、超声功率为400 W时,总黄酮提取率最高,对其进行3次重复实验,总黄酮的提取率分别为4.93%、5.17%和5.26%,均略高于正交实验值,表明优化后的提取工艺基本稳定且可信度较高。

Abstract:In this paper,ginkgo biloba leaves were used as raw materials,and the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were optimized by ultrasonic extraction method.The optimal conditions for extracting total flavonoids from ginkgo biloba leaves by ultrasonic extraction were explored.The results of orthogonal test optimization showed that the extraction time was 2 h,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶5(g/mL),and the ultrasonic power was 400 W.The total yield of total flavonoids was the highest.Three repeated amplification experiments were carried out,and three batches of samples were used.The extraction rates of total flavonoids were 4.93%,5.17%and 5.26%,respectively,which were slightly higher than other orthogonal experimental values,indicating that the optimized extraction process was basically stable and highly reliable.
