摘    要:东风汽车公司襄樊轻型车厂为单层工业厂房,面积七万m2。采用桩基础,先后选用了预制方桩,钻孔灌注桩.多分支砼盘桩,沉管灌注桩等四种桩型,共打桩3979根。综合其优缺点,在这特殊地质条件下,沉管灌注桩经济效益最佳,多分支砼盘桩次之。若将沉管灌注桩改进一下,做成夺扩桩,充分发挥端承作用.单桩承载能力会大幅度提高,从而节约建设资金。

Abstract:Four types of 3979 Piles-prefabricated siquare pile, drilled cast-in-situ pile, multi-disc concrete pile andtube sinking cast-in-situ pile, had been installed in our plant. Through analysis, it is considered under our specifiedsubgrade condition(swelling soil), the economical effect of the last type mentioned above is the best. If it was improved to become an enlarged-base pile, the hearing capacity of the hase and hence of a single pile would be greatlyincreased conequently, the cost of Pile work would be much less too.
