摘    要:从产生胀差的机理来分析贵阳电厂 9号机低压胀差大的原因 ,判断出滑销系统卡涩导致中压缸热胀偏小 ,中压缸胀差大 ,从而引起低压胀差接近报警值 ,在机组大修中将前、中轴承箱及高压下缸吊出检修 ,提出在运行及检修中应注意的事项。图 2表 2

Abstract:Judging by the mechanism of differential expansion, it is reasoned that insufficient thermal expansion and excessive differential expansion of the L.P. cylinder of Guiyang Power Plant's No.9 turbine, wich are due to seizure occurring in the gliding key system, has caused the L.P. differential expansion to become so excessive as to trigger off alarm. Thus the middle bearing pedestal and the lower H.P. turbine casing was removed for checking during the set's general overhaul and a list of points to be observed during operation and overhaul set up. Figs 2, table 1 and refs 2.
