负荷平衡是Parlay业务在下一代网络中进行电信级应用的关键技术之一,研究该技术对以业务为驱动的下一代网络的成功实施具有重要意义.本文研究了下一代网络中Parlav业务的一种自适应负荷平衡集群拓扑结构,分析了Parlay业务在负荷自适应平衡时采用无状态方法和有状态方法在操作序列上的差异,提出了一种负荷平衡自适应算法.

The Introduction and Development of NGN in the Intelligent Reconstruction of Fixed Local Network

This article aims at exploiting the potential PSTN resources and promoting the competitiveness of fixed network. It takes the opportunity of the intelligent reconstruction of fixed network, sdentifically introduces NGN, and constructs the network platform for intelligent services in local network. On this basis, this article gives an overall discussion on the extension, evolution and development of NGN which drive the fixed network to intelligence, mobility and broadband. Gradually, it will step into the IMS convergence era together with mobile NGN.
