摘    要:在考虑管土相互作用的基础上,以16 000 t半潜式起重铺管船为例,建立了耦合船体运动和环境载荷的有限元分析模型,研究了不同周期、波高和流速对管道动态受力特性的影响。研究结果表明,波高和海流速度越大,管道的应力、应变值也越大;波浪周期主要影响船体运动,与船体的固有频率相关;浪流不同入射角都会引起管道形态发生比较大的改变,入射角度越小,管道的应力、应变值也相应减小。通过研究拟合出了不同作业工况下的铺管动力系数,为16 000 t半潜式起重铺管船在南海作业提供了相应的理论指导。

Abstract:On the basis of soil-pipe interaction,the finite element analysis model of coupling ship motion and environmental load was established taking the 16 000 t semi-submersible hoisting pipe-laying vessel as an example.The effect of different cycles,wave heights and flowrates on the dynamic force property of pipeline was studied.The research findings show that the greater the wave height and ocean current velocity,the larger the pipeline stress-strain value.The wave cycle mainly affects ship motion and is related to the natural frequency of the vessel body.The different incidence angles of wave and current will cause the remarkable change of pipeline morphology.The smaller the incidence angle,the smaller the pipeline stress-strain value.The pipeline-laying power coefficient under different operating conditions has been fitted through study.The study can serve as a theoretical guide to the operation of the vessel in the South China Sea.
