生产建设项目水土保持遥感影像解译标志库构建问题探讨——以江西省为例

摘    要:生产建设项目遥感监督管理的关键是解译标志库的建立,在解译标志库的建立过程中,常出现同一类型项目遥感影像特征不同或不同类型项目遥感影像特征相同等诸多问题。本文以江西省为例,提出了基于前期几何特征分析、色彩分析、所处位置分析、周边地类构成分析,建立结果归类库,并根据不同生产建设项目类型的各项显著差异进行再分类的分层分类特征提取,以此推断出所解译目标地物的生产建设项目类型。该方法的研究可为生产建设项目水土保持遥感影像解译标志库的建立提供关键约束及判别支撑。

Abstract:The key of remote sensing supervision and management of production and construction projects is the establishment of interpretation mark database.In the process of establishing interpretation mark database,there are many problems,such as different remote sensing image characteristics of the same type of projects or the same remote sensing image characteristics of different types of projects.Taking Jiangxi province as an example,this paper puts forward the result classification database based on the previous geometric feature analysis,color analysis,location analysis and surrounding land class composition analysis,and carries out the hierarchical classification feature extraction of reclassification according to the significant differences of different production and construction project types,so as to infer the production and construction project types of the interpreted target features.The research of this method can provide key constraints and discrimination support for the establishment of remote sensing image interpretation mark database of soil and water conservation in production and construction projects.
