混合式步进电动机正弦波微步驱动设计

摘    要:介绍了基于单片机的三相混合式步进电动机系统。系统采用电流跟踪PWM方式使混合式步进电动机的各相绕组电流接近正弦波,从而在电机内部形成幅值基本不变的圆形磁场,既提高混了合式步进电动机的分辨率,又解决了低频振荡问题。

Abstract:A control system of three - phase hybrid stepping motor based on AT89C51 is introduced in this paper. With current - tracing PWM method, the current of three - phase windings was controlled to close sinusoidal wave, thus round magnetic field with approximate constant amplitude in the electrical machinery can be formed, By the sine - wave microstep method, resolution ratio of hybrid stepping motor can be improved and low -frequency vibration can be weaken synchronously.
