| Abstract: | The structure characteristics and technology requirement of the washer sliding were analyzed, designed the injection mold with an ordinary injection system and three layers, solved the problem of automatic demould, the die structure and working process were introduced, practical production showed the die is safe and reliable, and it improved manufacturing efficiency. |
