摘    要:分析了Fe3 、Zn2 和PO34-浓度,c(NO-3)/c(PO34-)比值、促进剂浓度、成膜速度以及温度等因素对汽车车身磷化工艺中磷化渣的形成的影响。提出了降低磷化异常沉渣的工艺管理措施。

Abstract:The influence of concentration of Fe3 , Zn2 and 3 PO 4- , ratio of c( NO?3 )/c( PO 34- ), concentration of accelerator, film forming speed and temperature on formation of phosphating sludge during phosphating process of automobile body were analyzed. Technics management measures for reducing phosphating exceptional sludge were presented.
