摘    要:本文对原苏联生产的800MW汽轮发电机定子线圈并头结构的特点进行了分析,由于尺寸大导致焊接合格率低.为了解决此问题,采用中频感应铸模焊的焊接方法进行焊接.焊后的接头通过直流压降、直流电阻、温升法进行检测,取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:The construction of a 800MW turbogenerator fabricated by former Soviet Union is analyzed and the method to solve the difficulty of brazing the stator coil with parallel type is found out.The merit of mid-frequency induction casting-mold welding is also introduced.The best results has been proved by DC voltage decreasing,DC resistance and temperature increasing measurement.
