The survey and design of highway bridges and culverts,designed to meet the requirements of drainage,traffic,navigation,spans,etc.,while the actual survey and design work,which often is not conducive to the bridges and culverts construction,such as the location choice destroyed and basicproblems seriously affect the safety and quality of the entire highway bridge construction,so we need to take a survey and design scientific and reasonable measures to raise the level bridges and culverts survey design,this is precisely the purpose of this research.
