膨胀机增压后冷却器漏水事故分析

摘    要:启动膨胀机时未发现增压端冷却器漏水,导致水分随增压空气进入主换热器膨胀空气通道并被冻结,在开机后出口温度持续上升,检查发现冷却器漏水,被迫停运,膨胀空气含水进入主换热器,最终导致膨胀空气换热通道冻堵,无法换热,致使膨胀机无法正常运行,从而造成6000m3/h制氧机组无法运行。

Abstract:The water leakage of cooler at the pressurization end hadn't been found when started the expander, resulting in water to put into the expansion air channel of main heat exchanger with expansion air and freeze. The outlet temperature con- tinued to rise after staring the equipment, we found water leakage of cooler , so the equipment was found to stop running, the expansion air containing water entered main heat exchanger , and led to the heat exchanger channels of expansion air to be frozen and couldn't carry out heat exchang,which led to the expansion machine not to work,so the 6000 m3/h oxygen gener- ator couln't run.
