桥梁橡胶支座的病害与处理技术研究

桥梁支座作为连接桥梁上部结构与下部结构的重要构件,对于确保桥梁结构安全具有重要的作用。但是,由于受到桥梁橡胶支座生产质量、桥梁设计方案、支座安装施工质量以及养护维修等一系列因素的影响,导致桥梁橡胶支座病害问题时有发生。论文首先分析了桥梁橡胶支座对于桥梁结构的作用,进而结合板式橡胶支座以及盆式橡胶支座的主要病害,提出了桥梁橡胶支座病害的处理方案,可以为相关技术人员开展桥梁橡胶支座病害维修处理提供合理的参考。

The Disease of Bridge Rubber Bearing and Processing Technology Research

As an important component of bridge bearing connecting bridge superstructure and substructure,plays an important role to ensure the safety of bridge structure.However,due to the rubber support of bridge,bridge design,production quality support installation construction quality and a series of factors such as maintenance and repair of the bridge,lead rubber bearing disease problems occur.This paper first analyzes the bridge rubber bearing for bridge structure,and then combined with the laminated rubber bearing and the main disease of pot rubber bearing,the treatment scheme for disease of bridge rubber bearing,can provide a reasonable reference bridge rubber bearing disease repair treatment for relevant personnel to carry out.
