摘    要:分子筛纯化系统是空分设备的重要单元,其特点是频繁切换,工况周期变化,所以相关阀门的工作状态就显得至关重要。有一个阀门工作不到位就会破坏整个工作程序,该篇论文所述事故就是一例。简介了6500m3/h空分设备分子筛纯化系统切换过程时阀门开关不到位,内漏造成分子筛纯化器泄压不完全、进塔气量减少,结合分子筛纯化系统切换过程中的特点,在线处理切换阀门故障的措施及预防方法。

Abstract:Molecular sieve purification system is an important unit of air separation equipment, It is characterized by fre- quent switching and working condition of cycles, so the valve working condition is critical. If a valve work does not reach the designated position, the whole working procedure will be damaged, the accident is described for example in this article. Molecular sieve purification system switching valve of 6500 m3/h air separation equipment does not reach the designated position, molecular sieve purification device pressure release is not complete and the gas entered into the tower was reduced caused by internal leakage , combining with the characteristics of molecular sieve purification system in the process of switc- hing , put forward online processing measures and prevention method for switching valve failure.
