摘    要:采用三维大变形热力耦合有限元法分析了不同形状的切分孔对轧件变形的影响,探讨了轧制过程中轧件上的变形分布,研究了金属的流动规律以及对轧制力能参数的影响。模拟结果和实际轧制情况一致。通过模拟金属变形过程可为不同条件下正确设计切分孔提供依据。

Abstract:The 3D elastoplastic thermo mechanical coupled FME for large strain was applied to analyze the effect of splitting pass configuration on metal deformation. The distribution of strain in metal, flow regularity of metal, magnitude of rolling force and rolling torque were also investigated. Comparision of simulated results with practical one was carried out, which indicated that simulation of metal deformation is agreement with practice. This is helpful for understanding correctly deformation process of metal and optimizing technology parameters.
