多层砖房抗震验算的简化方法

摘    要:多层砖房是最常用、量大面广的一种承重结构形式,根据震害经验,用钢筋混凝土构造柱加强多层砖房能较多地提高其抗震能力和建房高度。多层砖房不论在计算中是否考虑构造柱的作用,其抗震验算工作量仍较繁琐费时。本文对多层砖房的抗震验算通过分析加以简化,对不同楼(屋)盖刚度下的抗震墙提出了一个简单验算公式并制成表格。本文方法对构造柱的抗震作用在计算中不论是否考虑均能应用,可用于初步设计的方案阶段、施工图设计、抗震鉴定与工程加固等。

Abstract:Brick masonry multistorey building is a loadbearing structure widely used in China. It is verified by earthquake that such building when strengthened with reinforced concrete construction-columns, i.e. small section columns,can increase its aseismic resistance largely as well as the total height of the building. Yet the aseismic analysis of such building is quite complicated and time-consumming no matter whether the function of reinforced concrete construction columns was considered or not. This paper presents a simplified method for checking the earthquake resistane of multistory brick masonry building by use of the given tables, it is easy for use and applicable to different design stages.
