高压电脉冲提取米糠多糖的影响因素研究

摘    要:本文采用高压电脉冲提取方法,从米糠中提取多糖。用苯酚一硫酸比色法测定米糠多糖含量。初步探讨了影响米糠多糖得率的影响因素(脉冲数、电场强度、料水比)和高压电脉冲的作用机理。用正交设计实验优化高压电脉冲提取米糠多糖的提取条件:脉冲数为12,电场强度为45kV/cm,料水比为1:20。

Abstract:The attempt of this study is to extract rice bran polysaccharide by using high electric field pulse.The content of rice bran polysaccharide was determined by phenol-vitriol colorimetry.The main extracting condition factors(number of pulse,electric field intensity,and water/rice bran ratio) were by orthogonal experiments,The result shows that the optimum extracting condition as follow:pulse number 12,electric field intensity 45kV/cm,and water-rice bran rate 1:20.
