建立自动化制造系统的12个步骤

美国机床工业为了更好地为用户建立自动化制造系统,在AMT协会内成立了有部分生产制造系统的会员公司参加的“用户自动化系统组”(CASG),并致力于推广有效的项目管理技术。本文介绍AMT推荐的由美国Production杂志前主编Robert F.Haber总结的建立自动化制造系统的“12个步骤”,以供我国机床行业参考,并借此总结我国自己的成功经验。

12 Steps in the Process of Establisbing Automatic Manufacturing System

This article introduces "12 spteps" in set-up of automatic manufacturing system which is summarized by Robert F. Huber, former editor in chief of journal Production and recommended by AMT. The 12 steps are: have a definite purpose; a clear aim; set up a special group at user's works; choice manufacturers of equipment of the system; put forward detail of the plan; evaluate nationality of the plan; sign contracts; supervise and manage the plan implementing; train operators; test run the equipment and check and acceptance at manufacturer's works; setting up complete system, check and acceptance and put the system into production; then reexamine and continue improve the system.
