半导体产业及其支撑技术的发展动向

作为当今社会高技术产业之一的微电子工业,以其卓越的成就,影响着人们的生活方式,改变着现代社会的生产方式和经济结构。对代表微电子技术的集成电路工业,世界各国都极为重视,投入了大量的人力和巨额的资金,从而使其发展日渐成熟。本文主要介绍了半导体存储器的生产和研究情况。另外,还介绍了ASIC、逻辑电路、砷化镓器件、半导体材料和设备等方面的发展情况。

The Trend of Development of Semiconductor Industry and Its Supporting Technologies

As one of the high-techs in the current world, microelectronics industry is influencing the style of living of the mankind and changing means of production and the structure of economy of the modern world.For IC industry representing microelectronics technology, much attention has been devoted,and a large amount of resources and enormous money havd been invested in many countries, so that it is developing towords perfection. A detailed i ntroduction of the commercial production and scientific research of semiconductor memories is presented in this paper. Also given are develoments of ASICs, logic circuits, GaAs devices, semiconductor materials and equipments.
