高矿化度油田污水缓蚀剂的制备及扫描电镜研究

摘    要:针对高矿化度油田污水腐蚀严重的特点,以二乙烯三胺和羧酸为原料,合成了咪唑啉,并进行水溶性改性,合成了咪唑啉衍生物缓蚀剂HS—ZH。以HS—ZH为主体缓蚀剂与有杀菌、除氧等效果的缓蚀增效荆进行复配。用静态挂片失重法考察缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,采用扫描电镜分析了腐蚀前后试片形貌,对缓蚀剂的作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明,HS—ZH的缓蚀率和稳定性均高于油田常用缓蚀剂HS—XF和HS—TD;复配缓蚀剂加量为10—20mg/L时,缓蚀效果最佳。

Abstract:For inhibiting serious corrosion caused by high mineralized wastewater, a imidazoline was synthesized with diethylenetriamine and earboxylie acid, then the corrosion inhibitor HS - ZH was prepared by water- soluble modification,and the water-soluble imidazoline derivative KS- ZH with some synergic agents were compounded. The efficiency of the inhibitors were studied by weight - loss experiment and the morphologies of the test films were observed by scanning electron microscope. The action mechanism of the corrosion inhibitor was discussed.
