直线电机抽油机悬点运动规律

摘    要:针对直线电机抽油机悬点运动规律进行了理论分析,认为直线电机抽油机的悬点运动规律可以应用分段函数来表示;建立了描述直线电机抽油机悬点运动规律的数学模型,并进行了验证。直线电机抽油机上冲程初期具有一个加速段,下冲程初期具有一个减速段,二者之和约占整个周期的30%左右,其余时间是匀速运动。

Abstract:A theoretical analysis is conducted on the motion law of suspension center on pumping units driven by linear motor. It is considered that the motion law of suspension center on pumping units driven by linear motor can be described with piecewise analytic function, a mathematical model is established for denoting the motion law and it is demonstrated. At the initial stage of upper stroke, there exists a section of acceleration and at the initial stage of down stroke, there exists a section of deceleration. The total is about 30% in the cycle in both periods, and it is of constant motion in the other period.
