| 摘 要： | 本文依据18个省(市)、36个矿区,264个大中小煤矿的实地调查资料和27个矿务局的报告材料,对我国的煤炭资源的基本状况及其开采利用中的问题作了概要剖析与总结,并就煤炭工业发展,体制,经济政策,资源保护等六个方面提出了17条对策建议。

| Abstract: | The general situation of China's coal resources and problems in coal exploitation and utilization are briefly discussed and summarized in the paper on the basis of field investigated information from 264 large, medium and small coal mines, and report materials from 27 coal mine bureaus distributed in 36 mining districts of 18 provinces and cities. 17 countermeasures and proposals are presented on development, administtive system, economic plocies and resources conservation, etc. in coal industry. |
