磁敏传感器阵列在漏磁探伤中的应用

摘    要:叙述了一种基于UGN3503U线性霍尔传感器的磁敏传感器阵列。该阵列的磁敏感区域是UGN3503U测量区域的数倍并且有较高的测量灵敏度和线性度,在将其制成传感模块的情况下可以用于在役长输管道和油罐等大型设备的漏磁探伤。由于其测量面积和分辨力的提高,可以极大地减少信号处理通道数目,降低测量装置的复杂性并提高测量系统的可靠性。

Abstract:A kind of magnetic sensor array based on UGN3503U linear Hall transducer was presented. A much larger detecting area could be acquired by combining a number of UGN3503U with a special circuit to form a magnetic sensor array, and this new kind of magnetic sensor array could be widely used for detecting the metal defects in long distance buried pipeline and oil tank floor by magnetic flux leakage method. Because of the improvement of testing area and resolution, such kind of magnetic sensor array could decrease the signal processing channel number greatly, simplify the testing unit and increase the realiability of the testing system.
