FK-30H井钻井施工措施及轨迹控制技术

摘    要:以FK-30H井为例,详细介绍了在该井出现的技术难题,解决措施及井眼轨迹控制技术.主要的技术难题包括:(1)该井地质构造复杂,目的层地层倾角变化大,在甲方要求不打导眼,不填井的情况下,入靶准确难度大;(2)该井设计造斜率必须控制在3./30 m左右,靶前位移大于600 m,属于大斜度长位移水平井.该井型在钻进过程中容易形成岩屑床,拖压严重,摩阻,扭矩增加,从而使水平段滑动钻进很困难,给定向造成了难度.针对上述技术难题,在施工中逐一解决,使实钻井眼轨迹满足设计要求.

Abstract:Taking FK-30H well as an example,some technical problems and solutions during drilling were introduced as well asthe track control technique.Main technique problems included: complex geological structure and more change of stratigraphic dip,inno case of plug-back and pilot hole,it is difficult to go into target point;it is easy to form cuttings that lead to rising of friction andtorque,so it is difficult to slide drilling.The technique difficulties in drilling were solved,which can make actual track control meetdesign demand.
