化工蒸馏水生产系统控制算法研究

摘    要:蒸馏水机的数学模型较为复杂,因而许多经典控制算法不能使用.本文根据热交换过程的工艺特点和要求,首先利用传统解耦方法对其进行解耦,然后再采用模糊自整定PID控制策略对其进行控制.

Abstract:The mathematical model of distilled water machines is relatively complex,so many classical control algorithms can’t be used.In this paper,according to characteristics and requirements of the heat exchanging process,first traditional decoupling methods were used to decouple,then fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy was applied to carry out the control.
