| 摘 要： | 通过实验对3种不同的提取方法进行了比较。采用乙醇浸提、超声波辅助、微波辅助提取会理石榴皮中的多酚。采用福林-酚(Folin-Ciocalteu)法对石榴皮多酚含量进行了测定。提取效果为:微波辅助提取法超声波辅助提取法乙醇浸提法。所以采用微波辅助提取法提取会理石榴皮中的多酚效果最好。

| Abstract: | Three extraction methods of polyphenols from pomegranate peel of Sichuan Huili were compared by experiments,such as ethanol extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction.Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry was used to determine polyphenols content in pomegranate peel.The results show that efficiency order of these methods is as follows: microwave-assisted extraction > ultrasonic-assisted extraction > ethanol extraction. |
