氧磷灰石结构荧光粉的研究现状

摘    要:介绍了白色LED荧光粉的研究现状,以及优质荧光粉所需要的一些特性,如发射峰集中在某些合适的波长范围内,高的量子效率,良好的热、化学稳定性,激发光吸收率高,粉末颗粒细小均匀,低衰减以及高的发光猝灭温度等.而且也介绍了一些合成荧光粉的方法,并且比较了不同方法的优缺点.

Abstract:The research status of the white LED phosphor was introduced as well as some special properties that high quality phosphor should have,such as emission centralized peak in some appropriate wavelength range,high quantum efficiency,good thermal and chemical stability,high absorbed rate of the excitation light,uniformity powder particles,low attenuation and high quenches temperature,and so on.And some methods to synthesize phosphor were also introduced;advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared.
