微波法制备秸秆活性炭初步研究

摘    要:以棉花秸秆为原料,采用微波法在不同操作条件下制备活性炭,通过检测活性炭样品的亚甲基蓝吸附值和碘吸附值,探讨了浸渍比、浸渍时间、微波功率、微波辐照时间和氯化锌质量分数等操作条件对活性炭样品性能的影响。制备出的吸附剂吸附性能优于商业活性炭。

Abstract:Activated carbon was prepared from cotton stalk by microwave assisted chemical activation with zinc chloride under different operation conditions.The influence of operation parameters such as impregnation ratio,impregnation time,microwave power,microwave radiation time and mass fraction of zinc chloride on properties of activated carbon were discussed by measuring its adsorption capacity for iodine and methylene blue.The results show that the adsorption performance of prepared activated carbon is superior to commercial activated carbon.
