沉淀均聚氯醇橡胶的合成及研究

摘    要:应用沉淀聚合方法在无水无氧气环境下合成均聚氯醇橡胶.通过相同硫化配方处理来自武汉及日本某工厂和本实验室沉淀聚合法自制合成的均聚氯醇橡胶生胶,并用高温硫化制备各均聚氯醇橡胶复合材料;对其力学性能、分子量和热稳定性进行了分析表征,对自制的均聚氯醇橡胶做了红外表征.实验结果表明:本实验室沉淀聚合自制合成的均聚氯醇橡胶红外表征表明符合均聚氯醇橡胶的结构,力学性能强于武汉某工厂接近日本某工厂,分子量大于日本某工厂,热稳定性强于武汉及日本某工厂.

Abstract:The precipitation polymerization was used to synthesize PCHR under anhydrous and anaerobic environment.In order to measure mechanical properties,molecular weight,thermal stability and PCHR infrared characterization,the various PCHR from Wuhan,Japan and the laboratory by precipitation polymerization were vulcanized through the same vulcanization recipe at high temperature to make their composite materials.The experimental results show that: the infrared characterization of self-made PCHR is in line with the infrared spectroscopy of standard PCHR;and its mechanical properties are greater than those of products from Wuhan,but closer to those of products from Japan;molecular weight is greater than that of products from Japan;thermal stability is stronger than that of both products from Wuhan and Japan.
