基于数据驱动的煮糖结晶过程自适应控制

针对传统煮糖结晶方法效率低且难以实现自动化的问题,本文以对流平衡为主线,研究了煮糖结晶过程关键控制量和能量变化关系,基于能量平衡理论和自适应控制理论提出了一种煮糖结晶过程自适应控制方法。实验表明,该方法具有易于实现自动控制、响应速度快和控制效果好的特点,并在一定程度上提高了煮糖效率和质量。

Adaptive Control for the Sugar Boiling Based on the Data Driving

Aiming at the problem that the traditional sugar boiling crystallization method is of low efficiency and is difficult to implement the automation, the paper proposes a adaptive control method for the crystallization process in sugar boiling, after taking the convective equilibrium as the main line and researching on the relationship between the key control parameters and energy changes in the sugar boiling crystallization. The experimental results show that the proposed method is easy to be implemented in the automation, has fast response in control, has well control results and improves the efficiency and quality in the sugar boiling.
