低空无人航施性诱剂微胶囊试验研究初报

摘    要:为了探究新型性诱剂微胶囊对甘蔗条螟的田间防治效果,实现性诱剂使用的轻简化,特在湛江垦区设立了低空无人航施性诱剂微胶囊的相关实验。主要包括性诱剂对条螟种群动态监测、低空无人航施性诱剂微胶囊迷向干扰以及防治效果实验。实验分别在新植蔗、1年宿根、2年宿根等3种类型田进行,实验设性诱剂微胶囊处理及空白对照2个小区。实验结果表明:性诱剂对条螟具有良好的诱测效果。对新植和宿根蔗螟虫都具有明显的迷向干扰效果,持效期在14天左右。最终防治结果显示,性诱剂微胶囊迷向防治对3种类型田的虫节率相对降低30.37%~48.68%,螟害株率相对降低11.01%~18.89%,死尾率相对降低49.61%~66.71%。

Abstract:To study the control effect of microcapsule sex attractants of sugarcane borers sprayed with Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV),some experiments were conducted in Zhanjiang in 2016.The tests involved the infestation monitoring,the effect of mating communication disruption and the final control efficacy of Chilo sacchariphagus Bojer for sugarcane of new-plant,first year ratoon and second year ratoon.The experiment results showed that the forecast was in accord with the actual pest occurrence,and the application of microcapsule sex attractants was successful in new-plant,first and second year rations:the control effect could last as long as 14 days.The final control efficacy indicate that treated with the microcapsule sex attractants could reduce the rates of bored internodes,bored stems and dead tail by 30.37%~48.68%,11.01~18.89% and 49.61%~66.71%,respectively.
