可拆式波纹挡板捕汁器及其应用

跑糖是糖厂多效蒸发过程常见的非正常工况,严重影响节能减排指标的完成。捕汁器分离效率不高是造成跑糖的主要原因。本文介绍一种具有三重分离效果的波纹挡板捕汁器,可大幅度减少汁汽含糖率。其自动清洗系统和可拆式结构,为设备的维护提供了方便。对捕汁器结构特点、工作原理进行了阐述,并列举了该捕汁器在实际应用中的效果。

Detachable and Corrugated Baffle Juice Catcher and Its Application

Entrainment sugar was one of the most common phenomena under abnormal operating conditions during multi-effect evaporation in sugar refineries, which would badly affect the completion of energy conservation and emission reduction target. Lower separation efficiency of juice catchers was the main reason for entrainment sugar. In this paper, one kind of corrugated baffle juice catcher with triple separation effect was introduced. It can substantially reduce the sugar content in the secondary steam. Its automatic cleaning system and removable structure provided convenience for the maintenance of the equipment. The structural feature and the principle of the juice catcher were explained and the effectiveness in the practical applications was listed.
