摘    要:针对甘蔗糖厂糖浆上浮工序,基于西门子Win CC V7.0及S7-300系列PLC,设计了甘蔗糖浆上浮自动控制系统,该系统能够实现糖浆上浮工段主要工艺指标的自动控制。糖浆泵、助剂泵、制泡机、拨渣机均使用西门子MM420/430系列变频器进行控制,变频器通过Profibus DP总线同S7-300 PLC通讯。该系统软硬件结构设计科学合理,极大地提高糖浆上浮过程效率及自动化水平。

Abstract:Aiming at the syrup flotation section in sugar mill, this paper designed a flotation automatic control system based on WinCC and S7-300 series PLC. Key process parameters in flotation section could be automatically controlled by the system. Main devices such as bump, frothing machine and scum reducer were controlled via MM420/430 series converter, which was communicated with S7-300 through Profibus DP. The hardware and software structure of the system were well designed, and this system would greatly improve the efficiency and automation level of the process.
