电渣重熔双金属热锻模的研究

摘    要:电渣重熔双金属模块具有钢质纯洁、成分均匀、组织致密、各向异性小、良好综合性能等特点。研究和应用表明:平均使用寿命比德国进口和国产5CrNiMo、5CrMnMo锻制模块提高30~80%,而材料成本却降低30%左右。这不仅有效地节约原材料,完满地完成以铸代锻,而且省去了锻造镦拔及专门对燕尾回火两道工序,取得显著经济效益。

Abstract:The hot-forging die block made of electroslags refining bimetal has the features of pure qulity, even chemical composition, dense structure, smaller anisotropy and good comprehensive properties. Through research and application of die block, it indicates that the average service life of the die block has increased by 30-80% as compared with 5CrNiMo and 5CrMnMo forging die blocks made by GFR and China, and the die material cost has been decreased about 30% . The method of replacing forging by casting not only effectively saves raw material but also exempts two processes of upsetting and specially tempering for die shank, the economical benefit is remarkable.
