葡萄籽提取物原花青素调节血脂作用及机理研究

摘    要:为研究葡萄籽提取物原花青素调节血脂的效果 ,选用雄性健康成年SD大鼠 ,观察原花青素对高脂血症大鼠血清脂质的影响。实验根据大鼠体重、血脂水平进行随机分组 ,设正常对照组、高脂饲料对照组、原花青素低、中、高剂量组 (分别为 2 5、10 0、15 0mg kgBW)。受试物每天经口灌胃给予。 6周末测定血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶 (LACT)活性 ,同时测定肝脏TC、TG ,粪总胆汁酸 (TAB)的排出量。结果显示 :原花青素各组与高脂饲料对照组比较 ,大鼠血清TC、TG水平降低 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,原花青素使高脂大鼠血清TC水平降低了 18 1% (高剂量 ) ;使血清TG水平降低了 34 4 %以上。原花青素对高脂大鼠肝脏胆固醇、甘油三酯有显著的降低作用 (P <0 0 1)。原花青素对高脂大鼠血清LCAT活性有升高的作用 (P <0 0 5 )。实验各组粪胆汁酸每日排出量高于高脂饲料对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。提示原花青素有降低高脂大鼠血脂水平的作用。

Abstract:In order to examine the effect of grape seed extract procyanidin on blood lipid regulation, healthy adult male SD rats were fed with lipid-rich diet for 6 weeks. Meanwhile, procyanidins at three different concentrations of 25 mg/kg BW, 100 mg/kg BW and 150 mg/kg BW were given to rat by gavage daily throughout the 6 weeks. The levels of serum TC, TG, and HDL-C, liver TC, and TG and the activities of serum LCAT, as well as the excretion of fecal TAB were measured. The results showed that procyanidins decreased the levels of serum TC by 18^1% and TG by over 34^4% (P<0^05) in rats fed with lipid-rich diet, and the levels of liver TC and TG of hyperlipidemic rats (P<0.01). In addition, procyanidins significantly increased the activity of serum LCAT (P<0.05) and the excretion TBA. The results suggested that procyanidins had the effect of regulating lipid metabolism of hyperlipidemic rats.
