| 摘 要： | 研究以HZ型固体酸催化剂制备羧酸酯。催化剂用量为0.1—0.3克(以摩尔羧酸计),苯为带水剂,将羧酸和醇在90—140℃下反应3.5—4小时,酯产率均可达理论的93％以上。对酯产物物理性能进行了测定,实测值与文献值或理论计算相符。

Catalytic Esterification of Carboxylic Acid with Solid Acid(Ⅱ) |

| Abstract: | HZ-type solid acid catalyst is of strong acidity, good chemical and thermal stability, which can be used as catalyst for esterification reaction instead of sulphuric acid. The HZ-type catalyst has the advantages of producing high yields, non-corrosive, easy separation and purification of the products, requiring simple treatment of waste water. Application examples of HZ-type solid acid for esterification of seven acids with nine alcohols to form 21 esters are given. |
