摘    要:分析了连续式双环管聚丙烯液相本体装置单耗高的原因,阐述了通过调整工艺参数和技术改造.降低了丙烯单耗。突破装置提升负荷的瓶颈,使丙烯单耗从开工初期的1097kg/t降至2008年的1026kg/t,取得了一定经济效益。

Abstract:Described the reason of high unit consumption on the continuous type bi - tubular liquid phase bulk polymerization plant. Through adjusting processing parameter and technical transformation the unit consumption of propylene was reduced, As a result, the unit consumption of propylene decreased from 1079kg/t at the initial stage of start - up to1026kg/t in 2008 and improving economic benefit.
