大跨度穹顶钢结构的制作与安装

箕市双阳水泥厂石灰石预均化库屋盖是目前国内跨度最大的穹盖钢结构。施工中采用现场制作钢结构、省去整体预试装工序，采用直接安装。为此，在钢平台设置、放样、下料、钻孔、钢管相贯线加工、钢杆件组对、焊接等方面采取了一系列技术措施，并相应采用三角单元体１２０＾ｏ角吊装方案，保证了钢结构整体稳定和安全，减少了高空作业，取得了较好的技术经济效果。

Fabrication and erection of a large span vault roof steel structure

The roof of a limestone precomminution storage of the Changchun Shuangyang Cement Mill has been completed currently as the largest span vault root steel structure in our country. During the roof's construction, its fabrication and erection had been done directly at site. In comparison with the conventional monolithic preinstallation and complex trial test method,as a resulf, if had greatly reduced the amounl of field work and saved time and money a lot. In order to achieve this goal,a series of technical preparatory procedures had been thoroughly designed and carried out successively as follows: the steel platform preparation. the steel pieces' scantling, cutting and drilling, the steel pipes' fabrication and connection, and finally the steel members' assembling, welding and erecting etc. Besides, the 120-degree triangular unit installation method was adopted. and as a result, the stability and security of the steel vault roof structure have been guaranteed, In the final analysis, the highrise aerial hard works had been diminished a great deal, and instead, the easy ground assemblage works had been increased considerably, so that, to a certain extant, a good technical and economical results are obtained.
