贫磁铁矿的湿式预选试验及分析

摘    要:贫磁铁矿由于含铁量低,采用常规工艺分选处理时,由于成本高而难以实施。通过采取细碎后湿式磁选预选方法,抛除旧大发合格废石后,可以将该贫磁铁矿变成为具有开发利用价值的矿物。对一种磁铁矿在破碎到10mm后的湿式磁性预选试验表明,可将该含铁21.92%的贫磁铁矿富集到51.21%,抛除约2/3的废石量。初步试验表明,在磁场强度进一步提高后,将尾矿品位降低到5%以下是可能的。预选抛尾后的贫磁铁矿分选处理,具有良好的经济可行性。

Abstract:It is difficult to use conventional concentration technology to treat lean magnetite ore which has a low iron content, due to high cost. The lean magnetite ore can be turned into one that has utilization value by wet preconcentration by magnetic separation after fine crushing to discard most of qualified waste. Such a test on a -10mm crushed magnetite ore achieved a concentration of magnetite of 51.21% from 21.92% and a discard of 2/3 waste. Preliminery tests show that it is prossible to reduce the tailings grade to below 5% by further increasing the magnetic intensity. The preconcentrateion of lean magnetite ore for discarding the tialings has good economic feasibility.
