摘    要:为了克服阳极焙烧重油系统在燃烧过程中易结焦、不完全燃烧、泄漏的重油难以清洗等缺点,并考虑到天然气的供给量因素,进行了阳极焙烧燃烧架双燃料系统的改造。改造效果十分明显,不仅克服了上述缺点,而且提高了产品质量,并且能非常简便地进行燃烧架上两种燃料系统的倒换。

Abstract:In order to overcome some shortcomings in anode baking heavy oil combustion system such as easy coking in the combustion process,incomplete combustion,difficultly cleaning out of leakage heavy oil, and taking account of natural gas supply,anode baking dual--fuel combustion--system transformation had been conducted. After transformation, evident improvement on the above problems had been made, and product quality has been enhanced. Switching of two fuel systems on the burning racks was also convenient.
