| 摘 要： | 针对钢球表面缺陷检测系统的需要,设计了基于钢球表面缺陷图像的检测程序,用LabVIEW开发了图像处理模块.通过对钢球表面缺陷类型的图像特征分析,确立了一套比较适合于点子缺陷类型的图像识别方法.实际应用表明,此图像处理程序能很好地进行点子缺陷提取,同时也为其他类型的缺陷检测打下了基础.

| Abstract: | Aimed at the need of steel ball surface objection detecting system,the inspection program is designed based on the images of the steel ball's surface objection,and the module of image processing is developed with LabVIEW.By analyzing the character of the steel ball surface objection images,a set of method in recognizing images which is fit for the style of the point objection is established.The application in the reality shows that this program can distill the point objection well,and can form the basis of detecting other objection styles. |
