| 摘 要： | 将用常规工艺浸水、酶脱毛的小牛皮,分别用不同用量的氢氧化钙、氢氧化钠、T-02膨胀剂进行碱膨胀,测定碱膨胀不同时间,裸皮的膨胀率和膨胀液中总蛋白、蛋白多糖、羟脯氨酸的含量和脱碱后裸皮进行组织切片后的显微镜观察图。结果表明:T-02膨胀剂处理后的规律与氢氧化钙处理后的规律相同,因此T-02膨胀剂一种可以代替氢氧化钙的清洁化材料。

| Abstract: | The calf skin,which was treated with traditional soaking,enzyme dehairing,was swelled with different amount of calcium hydroxide,sodium hydroxide and T-02 swelling agent respectively.The welling rate of skins,total protein content,polysaccharide content,hydroxyproline content in swelling liquids were determined at diferrent intervals.And pelt histological microstructure was observed after dealkalization.It shows that the law of T-02 swelling agent was the same with that of calcium hydroxide.So T-02 swelling... |
