摘    要:以相变材料为芯材,以脲醛树脂为囊材,通过原位聚合法制备出具有蓄热、调温功能的微胶囊相变材料。采用DSC差热分析测定出微胶囊相变材料的相变温度和相变焓,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱分析(FTIR)等手段对这种材料进行了表征。

Abstract:A kind of microcapsule containing phase change materials with formaldehyde-urea copolymer shells was synthesized by in-situ polymerization. It had many advantages, such as high thermal energy storage capacity, good temperature change controlling capacity and low air-conditioner energy consumption. The phase transition temperatures and enthalpy of the microcapsule were determined by means of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The structure and properties of the microcapsule containing phase change materials were characterized by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared-raman spectrometer (FTIR).
